The procedure described below involves using multiple tabs (or multiple windows).
To search for the submission you want to recover, open this link in a new tab (or window) and add some key words.
When you find your submission, take a screen shot of the title and description.To upload the screen shot you just took, open this link in a new tab (or window) and follow instructions.
when the image is uploaded, you will be at an edit page. give it a title, description and tags. save and rate.
on that photo page, hi-light the "see full size" button and "copy link location"
to insert the image into a blog, open this link in a new tab (or window)
type in a few spaces in the big text box, hi-light them, and click the "add an image" button at the top of the text box. paste in the link location. enter.
go to the digg page, hi-light the digg submission title text, right-click (or control) and copy. go to the ning page and paste into the title box.
go to the digg page, hi-light the title, right-click (or control) and "copy link location"
go to the ning page, hi-light the title text you just pasted, click the "link" button at the top of the text box. a drop down menu will appear. paste the link location in the box. enter.
go to the digg page and hi-light the description. paste it in the ning box.
go to the digg page and hi-light the text on the "who dugg it" button. right-click (or control) and "copy link location"
go to the ning page, type in"who dugg it?", hi-light it, click on the link button at the top of the text box. paste the link location. enter.

for mass work recovery, it may be easier to get the free, open-source mozilla firefox browser, then install clipmarks
